Our Policy
- 50% of the catered food is due to confirm an event.
- Remaining balance due 5 days prior to event.
- All orders must be placed one week prior to event or will incur $50.00 fee additional to catering order
- Specialty food items are non refundable
- Up to and including 3 days prior to event , 50% is non refundable.
- 2 days prior to event client may reschedule catered food, however perishable items are incurred additional expenses.
- Additional expenses : labor, parts, loss of use may be extra.
- If new date is cancelled, Deposits are forfeited at our discretion.
- **Note refunds are the sole discretion of Soul Sistaa's Catering. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled , We reserve the right to allow for consulting or coordinating when or if determining a cancellation or refund of any amount for any reason.
